Sophie Sheedy

Sophie is a 17 year old student, living in Launceston. She participates in both Netball and Hockey games and training each week, and thoroughly enjoys both of these activities.
Sophie is an active, enthusiastic person who usually enjoys being in the public eye, through her drama and performance involvement. Sophie is a sociable person and enjoys spending time with her friends out of school.

Sophie has been referred to us by her hockey coach, in regard to some key psychological barriers that she experiences during her games.
